The CNC U-Shape Air Duct Production Line is a fully automated, space-saving solution designed for high-efficiency HVAC duct manufacturing. With a compact U-shaped rightward layout (15m X 5.3m), this line integrates de-coiling, leveling, circular rib pressing, precise corner/square cutting, material transferring, male/female snap button joint forming, and servo-controlled bending into a seamless, synchronized workflow. Driven by an advanced computerized CNC system and a robust hydraulic/pneumatic infrastructure, it processes 0.35-0.55mm galvanized sheets at a swift operational speed of 15m / min with exceptional precision (±0.5mm length tolerance).

Yes. It supports coil widths up to 1524mm and sheet thicknesses of 0.35–0.55mm. The automated tilt roller allows operators to switch between duct diameters (102-355mm) quickly and effortlessly.

5. Is the daily maintenance difficult?
No. All critical leveling and forming rollers are treated with hard chrome plating to resist wear and rust. You only need to check the hydraulic oil level and lubricate bearings regularly.
