With a compact U-shaped rightward layout (15m X 5.3m), this line integrates de-coiling, leveling, circular rib pressing, precise corner/square cutting, material transferring, male/female snap button joint forming, and servo-controlled bending into a seamless, synchronized workflow. Driven by an advanced computerized CNC system and a robust hydraulic/pneumatic infrastructure, it processes 0.35-0.55mm galvanized sheets at a swift operational speed of 15m / min with exceptional precision (±0.5mm length tolerance).
